University-Industry Collaboration

Kadir Has University especially since 2015 – when iNEO TTO was founded, due to it’s focus areas such as Big Data, Cyber Security, Software Technologies, IoT parallel to the current problems of the industry, its competent academic and administrative staff compatible with industry cooperation, also because of the university’s location in the city center, has been taking an active role in university-industry cooperation.

The Project Based Education Model, which the University put into practice for the first time in Turkey, is the most significant indicator of the importance it attaches to University–Industry Collaboration.

Thew following tasks for University – Industry cooperation are being carried out by The iNEO TTO;

• Coordinating the appropriate academic source assignment process for the projects
• Development process support, and submition of the TEYDEB and BIDEB projects, consulting, and mentoring projects funded by the companies’ resources
• Budget, agreement and billing process related negotiation and problem solving
• Ensuring that the project outputs are delivered correctly and the outcomes are reported.
• Carrying out the activities to secure the intellectual property rights arising from the project
