Bilateral Cooperation Supports
There are bilateral cooperation agreements with various countries at the intergovernmental or inter-institutional levels. Joint research projects are supported and monitored within the framework of such agreements; and financial support is provided for several different types of activities, such as joint scientific meetings, scientists exchange, scientific visits, etc. These bilateral and multi-cooperation applications are divided into “Programs Always Open for Application” and “Support Programs upon Calls”

COST
The European Cooperation in Science and Technology- COST Association is an organization intended to gather together scientists each an expert in their respective fields throughout Europe within the international scientific networks called COST Action for the areas they are currently working on.
All the scientists, who are employed on a full-time basis in the public sector, public institutions, and universities, are eligible to get benefits from the COST. The COST Actions are also intended to provide financial support for publications as a result of the studies carried out within the scope of the Management Committee and Working Group meetings, workshops, scientific conferences, scientific courses, short-term scientific visits, and actions.

ERA-NET ve Partnerships
Designed as an application tool that is to be used within the scope of the European Union Framework Programs, the ERA-NET is intended to support Public & Public Cooperation in the member countries to ensure coordination among the national and regional research programs, improve and strengthen the research and innovative programs and thus enhance the level of international cooperation in this respect.
