ISTKA (Istanbul Development Agency) Supports
Guided Project Support
The Istanbul Development Agency provides support for such guided projects with a predetermined business model, partnership structure, ownership status, and project value in areas of top priority designated in the Istanbul Regional Plan or as a resThose potential applicants with such qualifications explicitly determined within the scope of a certain support program carried out by the Agency are requested to submit a proposal in line with the pre-determined terms and conditions.
Feasibility Support
This is direct financial support granted for the feasibility studies of such projects intended to make use of significant opportunities in terms of regional developments and competitive power, prevent threats and risks to the regional economy, and improve the capacities of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.

Ministerial Funds
IPA
The Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) is financial aid granted by the European Union to the respective candidate countries so that they could carry out such legal and administrative reforms necessary for the membership.
These pre-accession financial supports will continue within the framework of 5 preferential areas in the IPA-III period covering the years from 2021 to 2027. All the candidate countries are expected to prepare their respective projects in these designated preferential areas, and those projects approved by the Commission are to be selected within the IPA scope.

TUSEB
The Health Institutes of Turkey (TUSEB) Project Management and Support Department (PYDDB) issues project calls over the TUSEB Information Management System (TBYS), to support projects of various levels from the R&D stage to the production stage, as intended to develop and nationalize such medical products and technologies needed by our national health system especially pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical devices, biomaterials, and diagnosis kits.

Consulate Funds
Fund from the Consulate General of Sweden
The Consulate General of Sweden in Istanbul provides funds as intended to support such projects covering the entirety of Turkey in cooperation with non-governmental organizations and offer an area for public discussions.
