TÜBİTAK ARDEB Project Writing Training was held within the scope of our TÜBİTAK 2237 Project

TÜBİTAK 2237-B Project Training Activities Support and under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Hasan Dağ, the “Applied Project Writing Training for TÜBİTAK ARDEB Programs” event was held online on 4-6 August 2021.

The event aimed to develop the capacity of researchers from different universities in Turkey to find original research questions, to create a theoretical framework, to choose the appropriate research design and method, to manage the project management, budgeting and application process for TÜBİTAK’s national project calls (such as 1001, 1003,1005, 3501). The participants were enabled to develop project proposal drafts and experience the panel simulation in practice in the event.

On the first day of the event, detailed information about TÜBİTAK ARDEB programs was shared by experts from KHAS R&D Resources Directorate Project Development Office (PGO) and Project Management Office (PYO). On the second day, the participants were divided into groups and had the opportunity to work practically on TÜBİTAK 1001 project proposals with trainers, PGO, and PYO experts. On the third day of the event, the KHAS Internal Panel was held for three 1001 project proposals to be submitted to TÜBİTAK in September 2021. The participants attended these panels as observers.

KHAS faculty members Prof. Dr. Ayşe Hümeyra Bilge, Prof. Dr. Demet Akten, Prof. Dr. Timur Aydemir, Prof. Dr. Hasan Dag and Asst. Prof. Yalçın Şadi shared their project writing experiences with the participants.
